1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 88bat ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature on 88bat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 88bat platform. Continued use of our services after any amendments to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account on 88bat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88bat strictly enforces the 21+ age policy for all registered players.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not hold an employee, contractor, or affiliate relationship with 88bat or any of its associated companies.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise restricted from gambling at any licensed platform, or under any court order.

88bat reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any funds therein.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 88bat platform. Opening duplicate, shared, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent account suspension and confiscation of balances without prior notice.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

• Notify 88bat support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not access your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without using additional protection.

Account Verification (KYC)

88bat may require you to submit valid identity documents — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 88bat are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of payment methods commonly used by Bangladeshi players to ensure convenient and secure fund management.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your 88bat account after confirmation from the payment provider. The following methods are accepted:

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending KYC requirements. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 88bat account.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 88bat reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 88bat are subject to the general betting rules outlined in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules that may apply. It is the player's responsibility to understand the applicable rules before placing a wager.

Sports Betting

88bat offers sports wagering on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers domestic and international matches), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be edited or cancelled unless specifically permitted under our in-play settlement rules.

Casino & Live Games

Casino and live dealer games are provided by licensed third-party game studios. 88bat does not influence game outcomes; all results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealers operating under independent oversight. The following general rules apply:

• Game results are final once the round is completed. Technical malfunctions in third-party software void all affected plays during the period of the malfunction.
• Players are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward live dealers and other players at all times.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is independently audited. RTP information is available within individual game descriptions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users of 88bat are strictly forbidden from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment credentials, creating fake identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity during KYC verification.
• Money laundering or using 88bat for any financial transaction intended to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating designed to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting or casino games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, security systems, or game integrity mechanisms.

88bat cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally when required to do so under applicable law. Any attempt to commit the above offences will be treated with the utmost seriousness.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88bat platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, website design, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88bat or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 88bat platform without express written permission from 88bat. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible loss, even if 88bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88bat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any technical failures attributable to your device, internet connection, or third-party software. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 88bat account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

88bat is committed to protecting the personal data of all players in accordance with applicable data protection principles. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. 12. Amendments to Terms

88bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of 88bat following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law.
